At a meeting today, the Board of Directors of Prelios SGR S.p.A. (the “SGR”) approved the distribution of income – arising from management of the residual assets and liabilities as at February 25, 2015, taken over by the SGR on the liquidation of the “Olinda Fondo Shops” mutual fund (the “Fund”) – for an overall amount of 1,044,214.00 Euro (specifically, 2.00 Euro per unit).
The payment date of the distribution, through intermediaries linked with the Monte Titoli S.p.A. centralized management system, will be October 10, 2018.
The Fund was liquidated on expiration, with the approval of the final liquidation statement on February 26, 2015, within the terms set out in the fund management regulation.
