From Mapic 2014, Andrea Boeri, CEO of Prelios Immobilien Management, told ilQITV the work of Prelios in Germany and Poland. In Germany the Company manages several shopping centers that in the last years won important prizes and awards, such as the Lago Shopping Center in Constance and the shopping center Mercado, Ottensen and Quarree Wandsbek in Hamburg. As for Poland, Prelios is mainly involved in office and residential development projects, but it will equip itself to bring even there its experience in commercial management.
In the interview Boeri also outlines the projects that the Company is carrying out in Italy, among the others the F.I.Co. Eataly World project through the PAI fund managed by Prelios SGR and the redevelopment of Galleria Manzoni.
