(CLOSED-END REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT FUND) (the “Fund”)
Following the transposition into Italian law of Directive 2011/61/EU (AIFMD), on alternative investment fund managers, it was necessary to adapt the Fund's management regulations (the "Regulations").
In this regard, the Board of Directors of Prelios SGR S.p.A. (the asset management company, hereinafter “the SGR”) approved, with effect from today, a series of amendments to the Regulations that, as required by "legal changes", fall within the cases under Title V, Chapter II, Section III, Par. 3, letter a) of the Bank of Italy directive of 19 January 2015, and are approved in general terms. As a result, they do not require any prior authorization from the Bank of Italy.
The SGR will provide copies of the amended Regulations for free to any subscribers who request them. The current text is available at the offices of SGR and of the Depositary, as well as on the website www.fondotecla.com.
