January 31, 2024 – Prelios Integra, a Prelios Group company headed by Nicolò Tarantino and one of the leading names in property management, has signed an agreement to supply professional technical services to UrbanV – a company established by Aeroporti di Roma, SAVE, Aeroporto di Bologna and Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur – which provides a full range of activities in Advanced Air Mobility and Urban Air Mobility, including the design, construction and management of vertiport networks.
UrbanV’s mission is to add value to the existing mobility sector by making aerotaxi services operational, for example through management of ground operations with the introduction of the first fully sustainable urban mobility service ensuring passenger safety.
Prelios Integra’s professional services range from due diligence on sites identified as potential vertiports – both on the roofs of buildings and directly on the ground – to engineering work for the construction of the actual vertiports.
“The agreement is another tangible sign of the attention Prelios Integra pays to important and innovative infrastructure projects,” commented Prelios Integra Director Alessandro Natoli. “We are proud to have UrbanV as a client because we are excited about the prospects for this business model in the aviation sector. Prelios Integra can provide UrbanV with a turnkey service from preliminary site analysis to actual construction, as well as administrative, technical and commercial management of terminals’ landside areas.”
