AMENDMENT TO FUND BY-LAWS FOR EXTRAORDINARY EXTENSION OF THE FUND TERM
UNTIL 31 DECEMBER 2017
Prelios SGR informs that the Unitholders’ Meeting of Tecla Fondo Uffici, a listed real estate mutual fund, was held on today’s date.
The Unitholders’ Meeting expressed its favourable vote on the only item on the Agenda, relating to the proposal to amend the Fund By-Laws.
As a result of such amendment to the Fund By-Laws, Prelios SGR Board of Directors has now the right to enforce the so-called “Extraordinary Extension” as provided for by to the Law issued last August (pursuant to article 22, paragraphs 5-bis to 5-novies, of Legislative Decree no. 91 of 24 June 2014, converted with amendments by Law no. 116 of 11 August 2014), aimed at allowing the extension of the term of listed real estate funds.
The exercise of the extension right shall be submitted for approval to the next Board’s Meeting of Prelios SGR, to be called by the end of this year.
The extension of term of Tecla – Fondo Uffici until 31 December 2017 (the term is currently fixed at 31 December 2014) will allow to complete the asset disposition.
