Milan, 26 March 2015 – The Board of Directors of Prelios SGR, that held its meeting on today’s date, resolved upon a partial unit reimbursement for a total value of Euro 2.993.711,70 million, equal to Euro 4,63 per unit.
Considering the invested equity which was released by asset disposal – 56.1% of the Fund real estate assets on contribution value have been disposed from placement date - following to the extension of the Fund term as defined in December 2014, the Board of Directors of Prelios SGR resolved upon a partial unit reimbursement for Euro 2.993.711,70 in total, namely Euro 4,63 per unit.
The units of Tecla - Fondo Uffici will trade ex coupon as of 7 April 2015.
Payment will be made with value date 9 April 2015.
Following the partial reimbursement resolved upon on today’s date, the proceeds paid out and the units reimbursed by the Fund from placement date will amount to Euro 602.34 per unit, equal to 119% of the equity initially paid in by investors.
