The Lago shopping centre in Constance/Germany was again and for the third time voted Germany’s number one shopping centre. The Shopping Center Performance Report (SCPR) of Ecostra surveys the satisfaction of tenants and retailers in shopping centres throughout Germany with more than 15,000 square metres of rental space. Lago shopping centre is managed by Prelios Immobilien Management, the operating company of Prelios Group specialized in commercial and retail assets management. The LAGO shopping centre which opened in 2004 is located in the centre of Constance. It offers 28,000 square metres for retail, restaurants, and service and office space across three floors. LAGO attracts 20,000 visitors daily. The fully-rented shopping centre includes a cinema, flats, a fitness centre and a city-centre car park, which is being extended due to constantly increasing visitor numbers. Leaseholders include ZARA, Karstadt Sport and the discounter ALDI.
