Paolo Bottelli, CEO of the Prelios Group, has been appointed Director on the Administrative Board of Assoimmobiliare.
Assoimmobiliare, the Italian Real Estate Industry Association represents and supports the main operators - institutional and private, national and international - in the national real estate market, encouraging awareness of them, their role and their development.
The appointment of Paolo Bottelli coincides with the restructuring of the Association, which today named the Chairman, Deputy Chairman, and members of the Board and Council.
Paolo Bottelli, with Prelios since 1994, has taken on increasing responsibilities in the company, both in the area of asset management and in the service area, also participating in the accomplishment of the Group's most significant development operations.
Previously General Manager and board member of the company since 2008, he was appointed CEO of Prelios in April 2011.
