PRELIOS: SIGNED STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH ICORE GLOBAL

Milan / Munich, 07 October 2014 - Prelios has signed today a strategic agreement with iCORE Global, leading global real estate alliance based in the USA, for co-operation between the two companies on a global level.

Thanks to this agreement Prelios Integrated Services, the Group strategic business unit offering the full range of real estate services (capital markets, brokerage, landlord and tenant representation, property and project management, appraisals), will have direct access to more than 63 countries around the world and will offer corporate clients the services of iCORE Global.

iCORE Global was founded in 1985 and managed a worldwide transaction volume of over $ 47.5 billion in 2013, it is the eighth largest brokerage firm in the world.

The partnership, which was signed today during Expo Real in Munich, will be operational from next November.
